Fort Edward Plane with The School Name

Please note that on Friday, April 24, students in grades Pre K - 5th grade will have an early dismissal at 11:00 a.m. This schedule adjustment allows time for in- person  parent-teacher conferences on an as-needed basis.  Third quarter report cards for grades PK - 5 will be coming home with students by April 23rd.

As part of our continued focus on academic achievement and student growth, these conferences provide an opportunity for us to work together to ensure each child is meeting grade-level expectations and making meaningful progress.

Four opera singers performing on stage together.

Fort Edward students experienced a special cultural treat on Friday, March 27, when Opera Saratoga visited the school to perform Stone Soup. The engaging performance introduced students to the art of opera while bringing a beloved folktale to life on stage.

Students not only enjoyed the music and storytelling, but also gained a deeper understanding of what opera is and how it combines acting, singing, and emotion to tell a story. The timeless message of Stone Soup—working together and sharing with others—resonated strongly with the audience.
