K-9 Unit comes to Fort Edward!

We are thrilled  to share that this week our After School Enrichment club, FORTS First Responders, had some very special visitors! Sgt. Dale Quesnel and his K-9 partner Maggie from the Washington County K-9 Patrol came to educate our students about the vital role K9 officers play in our community.

During the visit, Sgt. Quesnel shared insights about the training and care required to become a K9 officer. The students had the opportunity to ask questions, interact with Maggie, and even see her special spot in the patrol car. This engaging experience wouldn't have been possible without the support of our dedicated Officer McKeever.
